There will be a textbook and materials return day on Wednesday, May 27 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
All district property including textbooks, Library books,
Athletic uniforms and Band equipment must be returned in order to receive your
report card.
If your child is in grades K-6, we ask that one parent return materials and pick up your child’s report card from your child’s classroom. Upon arrival, we ask that one parent enter through Door F and proceed to your child’s classroom. No students will be permitted to enter the building.
If your child is in grades 7-12, we ask that the student return
the materials. Upon arrival, we ask that
the student enter through Door A. No
parents will be permitted to enter the building. Students in grades 7-12 should go to each of
their individual classrooms to return materials. Students in grades 7-12 should go to their
locker to remove all materials.
Seniors should report to the High School Office to pick up a
material return form and have it signed by their teachers. Once all signatures have been obtained,
seniors will return the form to the High School Office to pick up their senior
packet and diploma.
If all materials are returned, students in grades 7-12 will receive
their report cards by mail the first week of June.
This textbook and materials return process will not require social interaction. We ask that only one person comes in to return materials and we ask that all involved practice social distancing while in the school building. Once you have completed the process, we ask that you exit the buildings immediately.
Thank you all for your understanding and cooperation during
this period of national concern.
