Reynolds School District COVID-19 Active Case Count
|Reynolds Elementary School|
|Reynolds JR/SR High School|
This chart will be updated when a case of COVID-19 was physically present in the school setting while infectious. As long as Mercer County remains in Moderate or Low COVID-19 transmission status, Reynolds will close buildings on an as-needed basis and aim to return students to in-person instruction as quickly and safely as possible.
If Mercer County COVID-19 transmission numbers return to Substantial status for two consecutive weeks, the following procedures will apply. When a Reynolds' building encounters 4-6 cases of COVID-19 within a rolling 14-day period the impacted building will close for 2-3 days. If a Reynolds' building encounters 7+ or more cases within a rolling 14-day period the impacted building will close for 5 days. If case investigations, contact tracing, and cleaning and disinfecting can be accomplished in a faster time frame, the length of closure time may be shortened.
